All readings, horoscopes, tarot draws, numerology calculations, and chat sessions provided by The Veil Oracle are for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

We make no claims of psychic ability, supernatural powers, or the ability to predict future events with certainty. Our services use AI-generated content inspired by tarot, astrology, and spiritual traditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using our paid services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Payments and Refunds

• One-time readings are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Because readings are digital content delivered immediately, all sales are final.
• Subscriptions (Star Reader, Oracle Circle, Chat Pass) are billed monthly through PayPal. You can cancel at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Free trials: If a subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the listed price.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your reading, contact us and we will re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Live Chat Sessions

• Chat sessions are limited to 15 minutes per $4.99 payment.
• Chat Pass subscribers have unlimited sessions during their subscription period.
• Sessions are not recorded or stored beyond 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to end a session if the user engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access our backend systems or API without authorization
• Abuse the chat system (spam, harassment, threats)
• Resell or redistribute readings you receive
• Scrape or automated-harvest content from the site

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The Veil Oracle — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. Readings generated for you are for your personal use only. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute them.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Veil Oracle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on readings or content from this site. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
